Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use riffly.com and buy from us. Last updated September 13, 2026.
By using riffly.com (“Riffly,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
What Riffly is
Riffly sells items sourced from storage unit auctions. Each item is one-of-a-kind and sold as described and photographed — once it’s sold, it’s gone.
Accounts
- You need an account to check out. You can sign up with a username and password, or sign in with Google.
- You’re responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information when you sign up. Usernames may not impersonate others or be offensive or misleading.
- You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian’s permission and involvement, to make a purchase.
Products and condition
Every item is graded honestly — Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, or Varies — with specific notes about its condition. Photos are of the actual item, not stock photos. Because these are secondhand, one-of-a-kind goods, minor variation from the description is possible; significant condition issues are always called out up front.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time before you complete checkout.
- Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item was mispriced, is no longer available, or we suspect fraud.
Shipping and pickup
- Most items ship within 2 business days of purchase, at the flat shipping rate shown on the listing.
- Items marked “local pickup only” must be picked up in person in the Mesa, AZ area; we do not ship these.
Returns
Because these are one-of-a-kind secondhand items, all sales are final — with one exception: if an item arrives materially different from its listing or photos, contact us at hello@riffly.com within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a refund or partial refund.
Acceptable use
When using Riffly, you agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass account security, rate limits, or bot protection (including reCAPTCHA)
- Scrape, copy, or resell our listings or content without permission
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass or defraud anyone
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The Riffly name, logo, and site content belong to Riffly. Product photos show the actual item for sale and may be used for that listing only.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Items are sold “as is” based on their listed condition — we make no other warranties, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riffly’s liability for any claim related to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
